I don't even want to know who brings what to anywhere out there!
Some of the laws on that web page aren't the least bit dumb, especially the ones in some states banning the wearing of masks or hoods in public. Since those particular laws are smart approaches to very real problems, perhaps we just fail to understand the context in which these other laws we think are dumb were passed?
