Save the Filibuster

Mark Scmitt on his experience with the filibuster as a Senate staffer for Bill Bradley. (Scmitt is currently arguing against some prominent liberal bloggers who feel that the filibuster is undermocratic and should go). Here's Mark Schmitt's initial response.
