The USCCB Publishing office has released a book calledLove Thy Neighbor: The U.S. Bishops Speak Against Racism. The book is a collection of homilies, pastoral letters and writings from pretty much all the American bishops of the issue of racism and our faith.

Recommend it greatly, it also has an attractive cover. If nothing else, buy it for the cover.
