I am thinking of taking up Tae Kwon Do up again. I just checked in at 230 lbs up 10 lbs from my stable 220. I do not have time to go a gym, but if I took Tae Kwon Do, I could get active again and loose some pounds.
My sedentary lifestyle is only part of the problem, the other half of the problem is a weakness for the finest in the culinary world, such as Big Macs, etc.
