I'm working on two new stories to add to my pile of unfinished, or should I say, barely begun projects.

One is about WYD and an assasination attempt. I can't decide yet if I want to make it short story or long form. Short stories are my preferred modus operandi but they always leave things unexplained and undeveloped, so I might have to do long form.

The second new story project is, get this, a romance. I decided to try my hand at a romantic story. It will be about a guy who falls in love . . . yep, that's the story. There'll be a few twists and turns, here and there, but it will be interesting but not action packed. I think it'll turn out like a slow character movie. The question again is, long form or short?

As you probably can tell, I hate writing long full length stories. It is funny, even when I would take exams at school, I dread the feeling after reading the questions and I knew that I knew the answers, perhaps too well, and now I had to write them out. I hate the physical task of writing. Maybe I should invest in those voice recognition things.

My other issue with writing is that I am an organic writer and so I make it up as I go. The problem with that is that the story can get complicated quickly and then to sufciently flesh everything out, takes another twelve chapters

Work on another short story called Mirror is coming along nicely. I think this one will be a short story. I am re-writing the only full length piece I've done, For the Wings of a Dove. Not completely re-writing, just solidifying some characters.

I sometimes wonder if I'll ever get done.
